Short version: we collect as little as possible, we never share your data with anyone who doesn’t need it for your treatment, and your photos are used only to assess and plan your care — never in marketing without your separate, written consent.
What we collect
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you choose to send: your name, contact details, photos of your teeth and any health information you share. Our website itself sets no tracking cookies and has no forms — nothing is collected just by browsing.
How we use it
Your photos and information are used for one purpose: assessing your case, planning your treatment and communicating with you about it. Access is limited to our dentist and patient coordination team.
Photos and marketing
Clinical photos taken before, during and after treatment are part of your medical record. We never publish any patient photo — on this website or on social media — without your separate, explicit written consent, which you are free to decline or withdraw at any time. Declining has no effect whatsoever on your treatment.
Storage and retention
Your data is stored securely and retained only as long as needed for your care and for the retention periods required of medical records under Turkish law. When it is no longer required, it is deleted.
Your rights
